The following discography is a catalogue of the albums and singles released by the Canadian entertainment company Cirque du Soleil. The majority of these musical works are studio recordings of compositions from the original scores of Cirque du Soleil's nouveau cirque shows. Since the company's founding in 1984, various composers have been commissioned to write the music for Cirque du Soleil's many productions.

Cirque du Soleil is delighted to announce that Alegría, one of its most iconic shows, will return to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Staying true to the essence of the original creation, Alegría will retain its unique spirit of joy and optimism for which it was renowned around the globe. Cirque du Soleil will revisit the show through today’s lens to ensure it is as inspiring as it was 25 years ago. Alegría has marked a whole generation of Cirque du Soleil fans. Cirque du Soleil first presented Alegría in April 1994, a production destined to change the history of the company, an emblematic show that was to win over more than 14 million spectators. Under the traditional Big Top and in its arena version, Alegría visited 255 cities around the world in its 19 years of touring before finally bidding audiences farewell on December 29, 2013 in Antwerp, Belgium.

Founded in 1984, Cirque du Soleil celebrated its quarter-century in 2009 with 25, a double-CD compilation drawn from the soundtracks to its many presentations. In keeping with the international focus of the circus-plus-theater organization, the music boasts all sorts of influences from all over the world. Cirque reveals its origins at the top of the second CD with the "Cirque du Soleil" theme, an unabashed circus march. But that's not a typical track.

It is Cirque du Soleil's 42nd original show since 1984, and the first one done on an ice rink, where most of the performers are ice skating throughout the show, and blends several circus acts with high-level ice skating. It is described as a woman shattering reality to discover herself in the world of possibility.
