They dared to be different and they had the talent, thoughtfulness and intelligence worthy of respect. I hope in the future they will release their entire catalogue on cd, or at least a comprehensive greatest hits collection. Only Seals and Crofts could pull off such extensive use of the mandolin, when no one else in pop music was using that instrument. I think their best album by far was "Diamond Girl".
