Paul J. de Benedictis is a composer and musician born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was the Technical Musical Director for the High-Definition DVD live recordings of Boz Scaggs Jazz Album and Greatest Hits, and the HD simulcast of the San Francisco Opera Rigoletto.

Dean De Benedictis is an American composer, musician, performer, and producer of experimental and alternative music. He is a trained musician and has released albums as a solo artist as well as played with various groups such as Brand X and The Strato Ensemble. De Benedictis has recorded under his own name and under the alias Surface 10, a project in which he gained attention in ambient and experimental electronic music circles.

Production music is used in many types of media from television to video games and many of these familiar production cues were composed by Dick DeBenedictis (Who is best known for composing music for Perry Mason and of course for his production music that is commonly used in many forms of media especially in the 90s and 2000s)

In the meantime, I always believed this to be one of Thomas’s best pieces, totally redefining sequencer music, so I’m glad to finally honor it with a good video. A brief recap of Thomas Ronkin: Thomas was born and raised in Geneva but came to LA in the late 70s. He collaborated and experimented on Berlin School music with Steve Roach unofficially back in the early 80s before Steve was known.
