Raul Santos Seixas (Portuguese pronunciation: ; 28 June 1945 – 21 August 1989) was a Brazilian rock composer, singer, songwriter and producer. He is sometimes called the "Father of Brazilian Rock" and "Maluco Beleza", the last one roughly translated as "Nice Nutcase". He was born in Salvador (Bahia), Brazil, and died of pancreatitis in São Paulo.

Raúl Rojas González (born 1955, in Mexico City) is a professor of Computer Science and Mathematics at the Free University of Berlin and a renowned specialist in artificial neural networks. The FU-Fighters, football-playing robots he helped build, were world champions in 2004 and 2005. He is now leading an autonomous car project called Spirit of Berlin. He and his team were awarded the Wolfgang von Kempelen Prize for his work on Konrad Zuse and the history of computers.

Raul Rojas (November 5, 1941 – May 20, 2012) was a Mexican American featherweight boxer. He accumulated a record of 38 wins (24 by KO), 7 losses and 2 draws. On March 28, 1968, Rojas defeated Enrique Higgins to win the WBA Featherweight Title, which Vicente Saldivar had vacated after announcing his retirement. He lost the title on September 27, 1968 to Shozo Saijo Rojas grew up as a gangster, leading the group "Little Roy's Gang"
