HOMINY are one of those bands you wonder why they aren't more popular, in any case, this album is impressive; Jessie Solomon (Sykes) fronts the band, and along with some stellar guitarwork from Jim Sykes (who also fronts HOOVER CAIN), this CD is a good investment incl. an ex-member of Whiskeytown (Phil?). I Hope to hear more from HOMINY sometime soon.
