During this time, Byron renamed the band Uriah Heep from the Charles Dickens novel David Copperfield. With Uriah Heep 1969–1976. David Byron and Uriah Heep classic line-up members in 1973. Byron sang on ten Uriah Heep albums: Very 'eavy Very 'Umble, Salisbury, Look at Yourself, Demons and Wizards, The Magician's Birthday, Live, Sweet Freedom, Wonderworld, Return To Fantasy, and High and Mighty. In 1975, Byron released his first solo album, Take No Prisoners, which also featured fellow Heep members Box, Hensley and Lee Kerslake. Lost and Found is a 2-Disc album that includes demos and live recordings by the Byron Band, which spans two years from 1980–1982. It also includes a Robin George solo track.

From Time To Time is a collection of Ken's early solo material from his first 3 albums; Proud Words On A Dusty Shelf, Eager to Please and Free Spirit. Produced by Ken himself, "LIVE captures Ken Hensley & Live Fire on their 2012 European tour at dates in Switzerland and Germany whilst promoting "Faster. A brand new unreleased live recording by the legendary Ken Hensley, including songs from his Uriah Heep days as well as from his successful solo career. Love and Other Mysteries is the result of three years spent in the studio, crafting an intensely personal album.

From Time To Time, released in 1994, immediately became a very important album for Ken Hensley fans: this collection of previously unreleased songs recorded between 1971 and 1982 was the first release after a decade of hiatus, during which Ken only occasionally was involved in other people’s projects as a guest musician.
