Lyrics to "Holiday" song by Bee Gees: Ooh you're a holiday, such a holiday Ooh you're a holiday, such a holiday It's something I thinks. Yet millions of eyes can see Yet why am I so blind When the someone else is me It's unkind, it's unkind. Ooh you're a holiday, ev'ry day, such a holiday Now it's my turn to say, and I say you're a holiday It's something I thinks worthwhile If the puppet makes you smile If not then you're throwing stones Throwing stones, throwing stones. de de de de de de de de de de de de de de. Bee Gees' 1st (LP, Album). Bee Gees - Holiday (1967) 2:54.
Исполнитель: Bee Gees. Перевод песни: Holiday. Ooh you're a holiday, such a holiday. О, ты праздник, такой праздник. It's something I thinks worthwhile. Это то, что я считаю дельным, If the puppet makes you smile. Если кукла заставляет тебя улыбаться, If not then you're throwing stones.
The first Bee Gees song to become something of a standard, 1967's "Holiday" is actually a rather odd song in terms of arrangement and structure. Bill Shepard's arrangement is strictly orchestral, with no percussion other than an out-of-nowhere martial drumbeat in the left channel during the brief bridge. This bridge reappears as a strange, unresolved coda at song's end, leaving the song hanging in a fashion that suits the unanswered questions Robin Gibb poses throughout his vaguely poetic and all but impenetrable lyrics.
Ooh, you're a holiday Every day such a holiday Now it's my turn to say And I say you're a holiday. It's something I think's worthwhile If the puppet makes you smile If not then you're throwing stones Throwing stones, throwing stones.
