Famous Last Word. s the seventh album by English rock band Supertramp and was released in October 1982. It was the studio follow-up to 1979's Breakfast in America and the last album with /guitarist Roger Hodgson, who left the group to pursue a solo career. Thus, it was the final album to be released by the classic lineup of the band (Hodgson, Davies, Helliwell, Thomson, and Siebenberg).
Supertramp released . .' their last album with Roger Hodgson, in October 1982. Just 13 years before the aptly named. arrived in October 1982, Hodgson had answered an ad Davies placed in Melody Maker and Supertramp were born. By 1974, their songwriting partnership had essentially dissolved; they continued to publish songs jointly, but the singer of the track was typically the sole composer. Davies stayed in Los Angeles, while his former roommate Hodgson left for a small town upstate. Despite that, Supertramp continued to build creative and commercial momentum, as the Hodgson-written "Dreamer" became a .
