A concept album is an album in which its tracks hold a larger purpose or meaning collectively than they do individually. This is typically achieved through a single central narrative or theme, which can be instrumental, compositional, or lyrical. Sometimes the term is applied to albums considered to be of "uniform excellence" rather than an LP with an explicit musical or lyrical motif. There is no consensus among music critics as to the specific criteria for what a "concept album" is.
In Christian theology, the incarnation is the belief that Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity, also known as God the Son or the Logos (Koine Greek for "Word"), "was made flesh" by being conceived in the womb of a woman, the Virgin Mary, also known as the Theotokos (Greek for "God-bearer"). The doctrine of the incarnation, then, entails that Jesus is fully God and fully human.
An incarnation of God also points to the need to remain on guard in the mortal world and stay free from evil. We cannot live irresponsibly or let the evil increase in our minds and bodies. 4. An incarnation gives us the hope that we are not alone in the world, and we will not be deserted by God at any time
A concept album is an album unified by a larger purpose or meaning to the album collectively than to its tracks individually. This may be achieved through a single central narrative or theme, or through a sense of artistic cohesiveness The format originates with folk singer Woody Guthrie's Dust Bowl Ballads (1940) and subsequently popularized by traditional pop singer Frank Sinatra's 1940s–50s string of albums, but the term is more often associated with rock music.
This incarnation, God himself becoming human, is a glorious fact that is too often neglected, or forgotten, amidst all the gifts, get-togethers, pageants, and presents. Therefore, we would do well to think deeply about the incarnation, especially on this day. Here are five biblical truths of the incarnation. 1. The Incarnation Was Not the Divine Son’s Beginning.
A full concept album and one of the best albums in Rush's discography filled with amazing work. This band of three masters of their craft ended their career with an album that has an incredible story and music. 26? Are you kidding me? Clockwork angels is one of the best concept albums I've heard, it follows a story of a character and his dreams in kick ass song like the caravan, headlong flight, seven cities of gold and the best final of an album that can exist: the garden. Explores themes of maturity and death and god and love, an absolutely perfect album. I would go so far as to say it's up there with the wall in terms of emotion. One of the greatest albums ever made.
The concept of avatar (incarnation) is predominant in Hinduism, where God as preserver (Vishnu) descends on Earth to destroy evil. The most famous avatars of Vishnu include Ram and Krishna. Many Hindus worship other deities such as Ganesha, Karthikeya, Hanuman, the sun, moon, and various planets. In addition, millions of people all over India often worship saints as symbols of divinity.
On the contrary, His equality with God motivated Him to make Himself nothing and come to earth in the likeness of man to meet the needs of His people (vv. 7–8)
Incarnation: Incarnation, central Christian doctrine that God became flesh, that God assumed a human nature and became a man in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the second person of the Trinity. Christ was truly God and truly man. The doctrine maintains that the divine and human natures of Jesus do not exist beside one another in an unconnected way but rather are joined in him in a personal unity that has traditionally been referred to as the hypostatic union. The union of the two natures has not resulted in their diminution or mixture; rather, the identity of each is believed to have been preserved. Christianity: Human redemption. specifically Christian view of the incarnation of God in Jesus Christ.
