Thirty Three & 1⁄3 (stylised as Thirty Three & 1/ on the album cover) is the seventh studio album by English musician George Harrison, released in November 1976. It was Harrison's first album release on his Dark Horse record label, the worldwide distribution for which changed from A&M Records to Warner Bros. as a result of his late delivery of the album's master tapes.

Thirty Three & 1/3 outsold both, Dark Horse and Extra Texture in America, peaking at N. 1 on the charts. Inexplicably, given the quality of the songs, it only made N. 5 in the UK, entering the chart on 8 January 1977; but then again, two days after George finished recording his album, the Festival Of Punk took place in London’s 100 Clu. he musical times were a-changin’. This Song’ and ‘Crackerbox Palace’ peaked at N. 6 and N. 9, respectively, on the Hot 100; none of the three singles released in the UK charted. Upon its release, Billboard said, a sunny, upbeat album of love.

Thirty Three & 1/3. Critic Score. After "Dark Horse" and "Extra Texture" being commercial failures George Harrison issued "33 1/3" in late 1976 to warm reception. And even in hindsight, more than 40 years later, it sounds more playful and fun than its two predecessors. In "This song" and "Crackerbox Palace" he shows a lot of humor (I can really recommend watching the music videos with cameos by his dear friends of Monty Python). Even though it's not one of my favourite George.
