Anna von Hausswolff´s début EP Track of Time was released this year in February by Kning Disk – magnificent avant-garde pop with its crosshairs trained on the heart. Anna has a voice and a presence that could topple mountains. Unbridled, she engages every nuance of her voice at the same time as she lets dark rivers gush from the piano. After a concert held in Stockholm in the winter, national Swedish newspaper DN’s Fredrik Strage wrote: Behind me, a woman begins to sniffle after just the first half-minute. It is, quite literally, so beautiful that it hurts.

It was not that long ago that Anna von Hausswolff was just an anonymous architecture student in Gothenburg, Sweden.
