Re-issue of Fishing For Luckies which was cancelled at the last minute, but the CD appeared in some shops in November 1996. Later repackaged and resequenced for commercial release, the album contains so much topnotch material that it almost qualifies as a full-fledged successor to 1995's excellent . In fact, the only clear signs betraying this as anything but a legitimate album are many of the song's lengths. The Wildhearts next planned a double album, but East West vetoed this plan during the recording sessions. Instead the band released a collection of six of the more eclectic tracks on a fan club-only release entitled Fishing For Luckies in early 1995. This EP, which would be re-released in 1996 with more studio outtakes as Fishing for More Luckies, included the notable track "Geordie In Wonderland". Ginger offered this track to Kevin Keegan and Newcastle United . as a potential team anthem, but was graciously turned down.
