Dillinger's members were from Quebec and Ontario Canada, and formed by brothers Robert Harrison (drums, vocals) and Jacques Harrison (keyboards, flute, sax, vocals) in Toronto 1973. This, their 2nd and final album was recorded between studios in Michigan and Toronto 1975/76. The Toronto sessions were engineered by Terry Brown, who worked with many other well known Canadian bands during the 70's including Rush, Max Webster and Klaatu to name a few. The music found here is basically hard prog/space rock, with some great playing. The images used within my video are taken from photos of my personal vinyl LP jacket/cover/labels. The audio is also sourced from my vinyl.

Dissociation is the sixth and final studio album by American band The Dillinger Escape Plan. It was released on October 14, 2016 by the group's independent label Party Smasher and distributed by Cooking Vinyl. The album was mixed by producer Josh Wilbur. Dissociation was revealed as The Dillinger Escape Plan's sixth and final album alongside guitarist and founding member Ben Weinman's announcement that the group was to "go out while we're still on top" following their tour cycle for the album.

And yet, when one first hears the abrasive technicality of The Dillinger Escape Plan, pre-existing labels are hard to apply to the band's sound. Fronted for the majority of their career by vocalist Greg Puciato and masterminded by guitarist Ben Weinman, for close to two decades the ever-revolving band delivered a steady burst of hard, exciting music.
