Complete your Syntax collection. Syntax "Back 2 The 4" is one of the most amazing 1992 revival records that Reinforced has done in recent times. Like the title of the track implys, this track goes back to the 4/4 909 beats of the 1993 jungle tekno days. The 4/4 beat kicks in and out during the duration of the track and the melody is made up of some really heavily reverberated 1992 style rave cords. Its one of my favorits of Reinforced's 2nd Wave. The other 3 tracks on this ep are quality "liquid funk" style dnb.

The Summer Nationals tour itself featured the band playing alongside these two bands, as well as Naked Raygun, Stiff Little Fingers and the Vandals.

This EP was talked about in early 2017 but was officially announced on July 24 via Twitter. The artwork was created by Daniel P Carter, an o presenter from the UK who also did the artwork for FIATC’s split with Lonely the Brave in 2015.
