Jeroen van der Boom (born 22 June 1972 in Nijmegen, The Netherlands) is a Dutch singer who rose to fame in 2007 with his hit single Jij bent zo. During his time as a student, Jeroen van der Boom was already an artist. He played in a relatively unknown band called The Travellers. After he graduated, he started working in the entertainment scene. In 1996, he was employed by SBS 6 as the presenter of the TV programme Real TV, which was later renamed to Explosief

Jeroen van der Boom is a singer from Nijmegen, The Netherlands. In the summer of 2007 he became popular with his song 'Jij bent zo,' which is a cover of David Bisbal's 'Silencio. Some months later his song 'Één wereld' was on top of the Dutch charts. His first album, called 'Vanderboom', will be released in 2008. In April 2008 his first Dutch album 'Jij bent zo' was released.

Jeroen van der Boom (born 1972), Dutch singer. Johan van Boom (1807–1872), Dutch-born Swedish pianist and composer. The first album to appear on the Album Top 100 that year was Caro Emerald's Deleted Scenes from the Cutting Room Floor, the last being Christmas by Michael Bublé. The coaches were Jeroen van der Boom, Angela Groothuizen, Nick & Simon (working together) and Roel van Velzen. Martijn Krabbé was the only host in the debut season, Wendy van Dijk came to the live show on. The First Season ended on January 21, 2011, Ben Saunders was declared the winner, with Pearl Jozefzoon as runner-up.
