Elvis Presley (full name Elvis Aaron Presley) is the most outstanding personality in showbiz ever since, and the most popular entertainer the world has ever seen! His musical influence within music history and its following generations of musicians is still unbroken. His huge 'Blast-Off' in the mid-1950s, the rising star from a simply called 'Hillbilly Cat' (at Sun Records) to a lascivious Rock'n'Roll singer with charisma, a male sex symbol (then at RCA Victor) soon popularized him as "The King of Rock'n'Roll" or simply "The King". This TV special included the first ever unplugged session presented together with musicians from the early days such as Scotty Moore and . 1973 saw THE TV mega event at all: Elvis Presley, 'Aloha From Hawaii via Satellite'!

Elvis (also known as Elvis Presley No. 2) is the second studio album by American rock and roll singer Elvis Presley, released by RCA Victor in October 1956 in mono.

Elvis, Scotty, and Bill start performing together, with Scotty acting as the group’s manager. Elvis continues to work at Crown Electric as the group starts to play small clubs and books other small-time gigs locally and throughout the South, enjoying moderate success with the records and personal appearances. Heartbreak Hotel" b/w "I Was the One" is released on vinyl by RCA and sells over 300,000 copies in its first three weeks on the market. It is soon to go to on Billboard’s pop singles chart for eight weeks and hits on the country chart and on the R&B chart. It becomes the first Elvis single to sell over one million copies, thus earning Elvis his very first gold record award.

The photograph on his first record album in 1956 shows Elvis Presley immersed in a rock ’n’ roll moment-eyes closed, mouth screaming, legs spread apart, and a right hand, almost in a fist, about to deliver a blow to six defenseless guitar strings. It’s an iconic image, with the guitar, the enduring rock instrument, at its center. Scotty and Bill helped Elvis learn how to handle his guitar on stage. They coached him on how to hold his guitar and do all this stuff in front of a mike, explained Bill’s wife Evelyn. After Elvis started to accumulate a little money in 1954, he splurged and bought himself a new guitar. During the first couple of songs, Elvis kept glancing at Scotty, who was sitting to his left. Scotty’s brightly colored guitar shone in the camera lights. It was bigger than Elvis’s guitar, it was better looking, and it sounded better than his guitar.

Elvis was a 19-year-old truck driver with a pink suit and duck-tail haircut when he caught the attention of Sam Phillips, owner of Sun studios in Memphis. Drawing on his folk, gospel and country roots, with a heavy dose of negro rhythm and blues and a shot of natural ebullience, Elvis and a couple of sidemen stumble into a weird new rockabilly sound before your very ears. That's Alright Mama is not just a white boy singing the blues, it is a white boy transforming the blues. This is an album filled with the pleasure of discovery. Released from polite country constraints, guitarist Scotty Moore scats up and down the frets while Elvis holds down a ramshackle acoustic rhythm and Bill Black's bass clatters beneath. After his TV triumph, Elvis returned to Memphis to record for the first time since his 1955 Sun sessions.

Come early for a pregame performance by Elvis talent performer, Bill Cherry. A portion of each ticket purchased will be donated to The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation. 546. Where No One Stands Alone Music Video.
