It is a French adaptation, par Pierre Delanoë and Claude Lemesle, of an Italian song, "Uomo dove vai" (by Toto Cutugno) 7" single (CBS 4112 and CBS C5 8122). Et si tu n'existais pas" (3:25).

A great compilation of songs by Joe Dassin containing songs I hadn't heard before and some that I had. Very pleased with the arrangement. The recording levels are a little lower than some of the other Joe Dassin CDs I have purchased but that does not detract from the music.
