Anhedonic is an organic and pure incarnation of memories and experiences, be these memories and experiences positive or negative in context. I am inspired by major events in my life and only write when such inspiration hits me. Unlike past projects, I do not simply sit and "try" to write, jamming through riffs and picking the ones that sound good. The songs you've heard and will hear are auditory representations of emotions I feel, and I do not force anything. Writing this way is a lengthy process, but the results are well worth the time spent. The lack of media presence does not mean that nothing is happening with Anhedonic and the full length is still in the works. I just ask for your patience as I create the most honest and potent music I possibly can. To all of you who support this project, you have my sincerest gratitude. Conductor is an album by North Carolina indie rock band The Comas. The album was recorded by Alan Weatherhead at Sound of Music in Richmond, Va. It features Andy Herod on guitars and vocals, Nicole Gehweiler also on guitars and vocals, Justin Williams on bass and baritone guitars and Cameron Weeks on drums. The album is accompanied by a DVD, Conductor: The Movie, which was written and directed by filmmaker/animator Brent Bonacorso.
