Living the Dream is Slash's fourth solo album, the third to feature Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Slash released it September 21, 2018, on his own record label: Snakepit Records. The album was produced by Michael Baskette, who also produced the previous record World on Fire. After reuniting with Guns N' Roses in 2016, the possibility of a third record for Slash and Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators was in question, let alone if they would stay together.

Living The Dream Tour features Slash and the troops roaring through a highly charged 2-hour set of tracks from all four Slash solo albums. The set includes ‘Call of the Wild’, ‘Driving Rain’, ‘By The Sword’, ‘Back From Cali’, ‘Starlight’, ‘World On Fire’ and ‘Anastasia’. There’s a searing live version of ‘Shadow Life’, as well as ‘We Are All Gonna Die’ and ‘Doctor Alibi’, during which Myles Kennedy switches vocal duties with bassist Todd Kerns. The Living The Dream Tour DVD/Blu-ray also includes a bonus feature: Live In London mini-documentary, including interview with Slash and Kennedy, plus behind the scenes footage of the tour.
