The Bones of Quietness" by Sparkle in Grey. Sparkle in Grey decided to publicly strip down to the bones, taking their whole debut album A Quiet Place and doing the big effort of reducing its five tracks to the most possibly bare essence of sounds.

The Bones of Quietness. From 1999 to 2006 Sparkle in Grey was a solo project of Matteo Uggeri/Hue (aka Der Einzige, Normality/Edge) which mixed electronic rhythms and melodies with field recordings. In 2006 Hue was joined by Cristiano Lupo (member of Norm), Alberto Carozzi (former member of Yakudoshi) – guitar and bass - and violin player Franz Krostopovic (of Pulp-ito): they're the roundmen boy band you see here.

Sparkle is the 1998 self–titled debut album by American singer, Sparkle. It was released on May 20, 1998 through Interscope Records and was entirely produced by her former mentor R. Kelly. The album was a success in large part to the Sparkle-R. Kelly duet "Be Careful", which peaked at 3 on the Rhythmic Top 40 and 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay. The album itself peaked at 3 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Gold on December 7, 2000.
