The Computers are a band currently tearing up the . scene, with their white hot blend of Bronx-ian hardcore and late '50s rock 'n' roll, great live show and singles that somehow got played on daytime radio getting more and more attention In 2011 they toured Europe, supported some of the best bands around and released this great debut. The west-country residents could be dismissed as a one trick wonder, wearing matching suits and playing raucous punk-charged rhythm and blues, but there's more to their sound than that . If punk is going to fall into the public eye again, then the Computers would be a great ambassador for the British scene.
Soon computers were so complicated and expensive that only very large businesses could afford them. The idea of many smaller, inexpensive computers doing much of the work of the larger machines started the revolution. undformanyyears,t of large-scale integrated circuits (LSICs), however, that hаs let the computer affect everyone’s life. The nerve centre of a PC is the processor, also called the CPU, or central processing unit. This is built into a single chip that executes program instructions and coordinates the activities that take place within the computer system. The chip itself is a small piece of silicon with a complex electrical circuit called an integrated circuit. The processor consists of three main parts.
Some things just aren’t meant to go together: Marmite and fish, lager and Baileys, celery and anything and hardcore and good ol’ fashioned rock ‘n’ roll. Unless of course you’re either Heston Blumenthal – to whom the laws of taste are seemingly meaningless – or Exeter four piece The Computers. This sets the tone for the following six. Musically, The Computers are tighter than the u-bend of the toilet in a submarine that’s just been buried in an undersea avalanche. So snappy is this, ‘Love The Music, Hate The Kids’ and standout ‘Please Drink Responsibly’ come and go almost before you realise, necessitating repeat listens. Unfortunately, for all that they do well at times The Computers seem incapable of writing a chorus, and resort to even less decipherable screeching, or a D-beat-esque plod.
A computer is a machine that can be instructed to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations automatically via computer programming. Modern computers have the ability to follow generalized sets of operations, called programs. These programs enable computers to perform an extremely wide range of tasks.
