Human Race" is a song by Canadian rock band Three Days Grace. The song was released on March 23, 2015, as the third single from the band's fifth studio album Human. In an interview with Loudwire, guitarist Barry Stock mentioned that "Human Race" was written while the band was on tour. Stock believed the song's inspiration was from the noise and traffic he saw during a drive through Salt Lake City.

By race, he meant a separate group of interbreeding individuals of the same species that had been separated from all others for millions of years, diverging from the other groups. Now, fast forward to modern times. This means that human diversity on earth can’t have resulted from millions of years of separation of some groups from other humans. We are all very genetically related. Period! So statements like biracial or race are simply racist because they perpetuate the ignorant division of humans by superficial meaningless traits.
