Wilson began work on her fourth album Demand The Impossible in 2012 after finishing a Scandinavian tour for her previous album Blazing. However, she then found out that her cancer had returned. She continued to work on the new album whilst undergoing treatment and then during the recovery process In 2018 Wilson announced her fifth album, Exorcism, released on 23 March.

Jenny discusses the album in-depth, overcoming adversity and working alongside director Daniel Wirtber. SH: You have just released a great new album entitled ‘Demand the Impossible!’, heading into the studio what was the dynamic like? Jenny: We were working on this album for quite a long time. The first phase was me alone trying to grasp the story, the theme of the album. I knew from very early on that I wanted to talk about ‘the city’ and ‘the body’, but it took a while for me to understand how I could meld these two topics together.
