The album suffers for a variety of reasons; the first and most important is that the songs taken from these artists are from entirely different moments in all of their careers. The Dean Martin songs are the best ones here, if only because both the production is clear and the music is pretty good. The Sinatra songs may in fact have even better music on them, but the production is atrocious and varies from song to song. And the Davis songs probably have the best production, but are mostly dull country songs from the end of his career. The few times they perform together are all quite good, even.
