L'éclat du ciel était insoutenable (2001). Stem Stem in Electro (2005). Hrsta (stylized as HṚṢṬA) (; Sanskrit हृष्ट ) is a Montreal post-rock band that records on Constellation Records. The band's leader, Mike Moya (guitar and voice), was also one of the founding members of Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Hrsta's sound has been compared to that of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and Set Fire to Flames, owing to Mike Moya's unique contributions to each. Hrsta, however, differs from these previous projects in that it features Moya as a vocalist. The other members of the band (as of the last album) are: Harris.

L'Éclat Du Ciel Était Insoutenable is one of those albums in which you just love despite y'know It's flawed. For me-while I do find it beautiful and emotional, I'm aware it may come off as insipid to some. So, would I recommend it? If you're into ambient and/or drone and you like things with a folk or post-rock edge to it, you may end up liking it. Reply Notify me Helpful.
