Funny Girl (Original Broadway Cast Recording) is the original Broadway cast recording of the musical Funny Girl, loosely based on the life of Fanny Brice: the show opened on March 26, 1964 at the Winter Garden Theater, starring Barbra Streisand. It is considered a Streisand's album since she performed 12 out of its 17 tracks.

She dominated the album, taking eight of the 17 selections alone and also appearing on four others, but Kay Medford (as Brice's mother) and Danny Meehan (as a vaudeville friend) made strong impressions in such change-of-pace numbers as "If a Girl Isn't Pretty" and "Who Taught Her Everything?" Sydney Chaplin, as Brice's husband, the gambler Nick Arnstein, was less impressive, with a very limited vocal range that sounded even more inadequate than usual against Streisand's remarkable instrument. Quickly recorded, the album was relatively underproduced for a Streisand recording, but it captured a fresh performance she could not recreate later.

Cornet Man - Barbra Streisand. 5. Who Taught Her Everything - Kay Medford/Danny Meehan. 6. His Love Makes Me Beautiful - John Lankston, Barbra Streisand/Chorus. 7. I Want To Be Seen With You Tonight - Sydney Chaplin/Barbra Streisand. 8. Henry Street - Chorus. 9. People - Barbra Streisand. 10. You Are Woman - Sydney Chaplin/Barbra Streisand. 11. Don't Rain On My Parade - Barbra Streisand. 12. Sadie, Sadie - Barbra Streisand/Chorus. 13. Find Yourself A Man - Danny Meehan/Jean Stapleton/Kay Medford/Ensemble. The official Broadway cast recording of the Tony-nominated play that was another stepping stone in Barbra Streisand's transition from successful recording artist to unparalleled superstar. Streisand is virtually the only performer who could do justice to Jule Styne and Bob Merril's larger than life score.
