Glamour Of The Kill have announced that their new album will be titled Savages and is set for release on September 23. On 24 January 2011, Glamour of the Kill released their first full studio album - The Summoning. This album was supported by a 29-date tour of the UK, starting on 17 February at The Lamp in Hull, with the final date on 2 April; when the band played The Cockpit in Leeds. They continued their presence in the Dirt video game series, with "Feeling Alive" being on the soundtrack of Dirt 3. From 5 October 2011 Glamour of the Kill will be one of the support acts for Forever The Sickest Kids UK tour along with Decade and Action Item. The band opened for We Came as Romans and Alesana along with Iwrestledabearonce across Europe and the UK in Jan/Feb. They then joined a European tour with Yashin and Dear Superstar across Europe in March/April.

Glamour of the Kill is the first EP released by Siege of Amida Records. It was released in the UK in June 2008. The first single to be released of the album was "A Hope in Hell", which was released not too long after the album was released. It was featured in Dirt 2. Davey Richmond - lead vocals, bass guitar. Mike Kingswood - guitars, backing vocals. Chris Gomerson - guitars, backing vocals. Ben Thomson - drums, backing vocals.

Adequate breakdowns are scattered around the album almost sporadically; but one area in particular in which the album shines is in its soloing - a highlight of the album being the outro solo of album closer " Welcome to Hell. Axeman Mike Kingswood seemingly leaves no fret untouched throughout the duration of the album, with some riffs and solos played at breakneck speed. The album's drumming is good but nothing too impressive, as with the bass. No standout moments in regards to the rhythm section; the band is clearly very guitar-orientated in its music

Glamour of the Kill were formed in January 2007. They take their name from a line in a He Is Legend track - I Am Hollywood. This led to tours with Bullet for My Valentine, Darkest Hour and Avenged Sevenfold. On July 16, the first single off the bands upcoming second album "Savages", was released, the track entitled "Break" (featuring Michael Vampire).
