Yokoyama Ken (横山健, Stage Name: Ken Yokoyama) is the quitarist from the Japanese band Hi-Standard, and has started a solo-project during the hiatus of the band (2000 - 2011). Ken's music could be described as 'Melo-Core'(standing for Melodic Hardcore), though it is punk rock, and all sung in accented english. Ken's backup band consists of three members: Serge Verkhovsky (Bass), Ishida "Gunn" Masatoshi (Drums) and Colin Doyle (Guitar).

Maki Nomiya (野宮 真貴 Nomiya Maki, born March 12, 1960) is a Japanese singer and musician. She released her first solo album in 1981, and worked through the 1980s as the lead vocalist of the new wave band Portable Rock. In 1991, she became the lead singer of the band Pizzicato Five. When the group disbanded in 2001, she embarked on a solo career.
