Singularity is the second studio album from Australian metalcore band Northlane. It was released by UNFD and Distort on 22 March 2013. This is the last album to feature vocalist Adrian Fitipaldes before his departure in September 2014. It was produced by Will Putney and recorded at The Machine Shop in Belleville.

Singularity is one of the most infuriating listening experiences I've heard in a long time and I would advise everyone, even fans of Djent/Metalcore to avoid this and get something that is actually worth your time. Singularity is a faceless clone in an ocean of faceless clones. I don't think I could bare to listen to this a third time.

Singularity still allows plenty of time for the listener to breath and collect their thoughts by placing softer, slower, and more ambient focused sections throughout. Bombarding the listener with a constant onslaught of chaos might work in a tech death song, but Northlane knows their audience. The guitar tone is great as you can clearly hear the huge chords that are played, whilst not missing any of the massive low-end. Singularity: The album’s title track is an instrumental song with a twist. The song contains a powerful quote by Terrence McKenna.

White Light has been the album that introduced me to witch house a while back and I still consider it one of the most intelligent albums of the genre. Excellent songwriting paired with clever and diverse use of the instruments makes every song sound fresh. There's zero chance you'll have a feeling of a certain stereotype with this album.
