These new remixes provide an intriguing parallax view of the original tracks, using the percussive eclecticism of the parent LP as a starting point from which to journey into sonically vibrant, feature-rich territories. The production specialists on hand for this project include Burnt Friedman and Ricardo Villalobos. Ricardo Villalobos and Max Loderbauer subtly mutate Samuel Rohrer’s Range Of Regularity album cuts in alternate, absorbing cuts for the ‘floor and afterparty. Combining as VILOD for an 11 minute reshuffle of Uncertain Grace hingeing on pendulous metallic claps and a worm farm’s worth of wriggling bass, whereas Villalobos goes it alone with Lenina, turning in a tangle of sloshing, splayed rhythms that sounds like a jazz band playing underwater and offers pluralised possibilities for the dancers who dare to actually express themselves, rather than.

Together the Berlin based duo tackles Uncertain Grace, creating a mind altering concoction rich in frazzled electronic pulses, chiming melodies, delay laden drum hits and deep sea textures.
