The only eurobeat album I own is Vo. 0. Got it for that itty bitty TK extra disc. Loved the whole album. As for that Initial D album, the reason there are so many hits on it is probably because the SEB series was already well into 60 or 70 releases and you're practically listening to a greatest hits during the biggest stride of the genre. I'd say the average individual SEB release is mostly forgettable and generic, but usually one or two good standouts.
