Cheap theatrics, a bit of humor and clear clean sincerity. eforenigma I just bought this as a part of my goal of obtaining every song Amanda Palmer has ever written before I turn 21 and therefor feel I must be a bit more responsible with my money and act like an adult.

Album · 2008 · 12 Songs. Many of the tracks from Who Killed Amanda Palmer have been set to video and although they don’t tell one cohesive story, they work together as separate pieces connected by threads of theme (misfits, obsession, death, sex & love). More than half the songs are spare, powerful ballads, while on other tracks Palmer’s furious piano attacks and bursts of staccato drums, keyboards, strings and occasional guitars are full of dark energy. Ben Folds is here as producer and collaborator, and the end product is evidence of two great minds coming together in spectacular, full color fireworks.
