Randy Crawford's charming second album was produced by Bob Montgomery (a veteran hand with Bobby Goldsboro and Billy Sherrill), and some tracks undeniably have a slight soul feel to them. It's a perfect showcase for Crawford's interpretive skill. She makes the Don Henley/Glenn Frey song "Desperado" and the Mack Gordon/Harry Warren standard "At Last" equally her own. Both "Desperado" and her erotically charged take on Paul Kelly's "Under the Influence of You" received airplay on R&B/soul-formatted FM stations.

One year later, Savage was back at WrestleMania participating in one of the top billed matches on the card against The Ultimate Warrior.
