The Villa-Lobos Quintet was a Brazilian wind quintet, founded in 1962 with the proposal to promote chamber music in Brazil. The founding members of the Quintet were: Carlos Rato and later Celso Woltzenlogel (flute), Braz Limonge Filho, and later Paolo Nardi (oboe), Wilfried Berk (clarinet), Carlos Gomes (French horn) and Airton Barbosa Lima (bassoon). O Quinteto Villa-Lobos apresenta recital dedicado ao talento de grandes compositoras, incluindo em sua apresentação, desta vez, a pianista e concertista convidada Paula da Matta. O público terá a oportunidade de ouvir grandes cameristas em um repertório pouco executado nas salas de concerto, homenageando nomes como Ilza Nogueira, Clara Schumann, Claude Arrieu e Louise Farrenc.
