The history of the beginnings of the Corvets goes back to the year 1964 with the impulse and help of Mrs. Josefina Abitia de Vallarino, mother of Alberto and Roberto, when the group begins its trajectory with the name of "Los Pájaros de Fuego". The first musical stage was with "Robbie" García as lead vocalist and guitarist, Roberto Vallarino on the first guitar, Alberto Vallarino on the keyboards and "Yoyo" García on the drums.

Los Angeles is the debut studio album by American rock band X, released on April 26, 1980 by Slash Records. Produced by ex-Doors keyboard player Ray Manzarek, it includes a cover of the 1967 Doors song "Soul Kitchen". It placed at No. 16 for the year in The Village Voice Pazz & Jop Critics Poll. In 2003, the album was ranked No. 286 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

Their sophomore album, Los Amsterdam, is set to be released on April 7th. For their last two releases, Yellow Claw has calmed things down a bit with a new style. Their dancehall inspired Invitation and future bass prompted Love & War might be indications that this sophomore album may be on the more relaxed side of the duo.
