Cryonic Temple’s change of personnel has not included a keyboardist for their latest CD, called ‘Immortal’. The band has also gone to a new record label, Metal Heaven, after their previous 2 releases with LMP/SPV. Finally, with the new influx of musicians comes a new direction, sound-wise for this metal band. Cryonic Temple drives the lane of success with yet another great album that is probably their best work. Maturing and evolving with their music and lyrics really helped them, staying tuned with the Metal world progress. May their later works be as golden as this one.

Cryonic Temple cleaned house before releasing their fourth album, Immortal. Of the line-up seen on their 2005 release, In Thy Power, only two members remain: the two guitarists, Leif Collin and Esa Ahonen. With the drastic shift in members came a drastic shift in style, as well. Gone is the hot-blooded, cheesy, thoroughly enjoyable power metal offerings of their previous three albums. In the place is a darker, more serious album which utterly falls flat in areas which were previously the strong points of the band. The biggest change is the departure of Glen Metal. The soaring, engaging vocals.

Cryonic Temple was together with Orphan Gypsy and Sabaton founders of th. .new Power Metal wave in Dalarna in early 2000's. Cryonic Temple has through the years performed at festivals suchs as Sweden Rock Festival, HeadBangers Open Air (Germany), Peace And Love, Gothenburg Metal Festival, Motala Metal Festival, 2000 Decibel. Cryonic Temple has also toured with Burning Point (Finland) and Tragedian (Germany) in connection with the release of the album " Immortal"
