Three year just passed, now Barefood stick their spurs through a mini album, Sullen EP. Thick with the breath of 90’s alternative era, fuzz distortion injected everywhere, added with power pop formula like The Posies or Teenage Fanclub, hybrid of chaosness of J. mascis and asthetic of sentimental a la Evan Dando making this EP more interesting. The EP with cover Sleeve remembering me with of Nick Dranke’s album Bryter layter, give us perfect five tracks and i think it is represents todays 90’s indie rock revival movement.

Since their internet-only demo back in 2010, they have gained a devoted fanbase which is only growing bigger after they released their EP album, sullen in 2013. Four years later, they've given a surprise by releasing called "Milkbox". now, finally their released the long awaited full album called Milkbox on 6th of March 2017 via Anoa Recrds, but they revealed the full length album through this site a week before the release

Barefood is a pop, alternative rock band from Jakarta, Indonesia. Formed on late August 2009 in the middle of fasting month. The idea came up by two highschool-mate, Rachmad Triyadi and Ditto Pradwito (way before they had grouply on a hardcore band called Fire Arena).
