GALAXIS is a progressive metal music artist. Galaxis was a progressive metal band from Zlatitsa in Bulgaria. Formed in 1997, Galaxis split up in 2001 before reforming in 2004. The reformed band only lastered until 2006 before splitting up again. he band reformed once more in 2010. In the beginning Galaxis played covers of Deep Purple, Metallica, Rainbow, Iron Maiden, Whitesnake and more. The first live gig was in the spring of 1998 at the Cultural club in Zlatitsa. In the same year the band played at a night club in Panagyurishte.
