Green Circles is a now-defunct Portland, Oregon-based indie rock group with elements of UK punk, early new wave, postpunk, and art rock. The group's sound was favorably compared to The Sound, The Comsat Angels, Joy Division, Television, The Fall, Echo & The Bunnymen, and Gang Of Four. The five-piece signed to the underground label Luminal Records out of Atlanta, Georgia, in 2004, and toured the country with labelmates The Prids in June and July of that year.
