Stanley Clarke (swimmer). Stanley Richard Clarke (born 31 July 1939) is an English former competition swimmer who swam for Great Britain in the Olympics and European championships, and competed for England in the Commonwealth Games. Clarke won a silver medal in the 4 100 m freestyle relay at the 1962 European Aquatics Championships.
