AC/DC are an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young. Their music has been variously described as hard rock, blues rock, and heavy metal; however, the band themselves describe their music as simply "rock and roll". AC/DC underwent several line-up changes before releasing their first album, High Voltage, in 1975. Membership subsequently stabilised around the Young brothers, singer Bon Scott, drummer Phil Rudd, and bass player Mark Evans

First AC/DC single with Dave Evans on lead vocals, Australia, 1974. 1. Can I Sit Next To You Girl? 2. Rockin' In The Parlour. Recorded live at Marc Bolan TV Show, London, England, 28/08/1976. 4. Can I Sit Next to You Girl? 5. Jailbreak. Album, 17 Февраль 1975, Atlantic Records. Australian Release by Atco Records. Released in Europe the 14th May 1976 with a different cover. AUSTRALIAN RELEASE (1975). Baby Please Don't Go. 2. She's Got Balls.

The best AC/DC album! Listen to this and Back in Black song for song. Sadly the last album before Bon Scott's death, "Highway to Hell" lifted AC/DC's popularity largely. I believe "Highway to Hell" is the signature song of the band and certainly their most popular, but "Back in Black" is probably better. Another notable song from the album is, "If You Want Blood (You Got It). "I was fortunate enough to see two Highway to Hell tour shows within a year of Bon's death  .
