If Joan is the person who answered the phone, should she say "This is her" or "This is she"?

The album's title comes from an Alan Watts quote in his work On the Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are (1966), which was in turn a quotation from James Broughton's The Bard and the Harper (1965). Broughton also used the quote in his art film This Is It (1971).
Not well and not often, at least. That's what she says. I didn't learn of her insomnia for months after In Advance of the Broken Arm was released last February. But in retrospect, it made sense: When I first heard her music, I couldn't sleep either. In Advance opened with an eight-note guitar figure, cycled 32 times in half a minute- about eight and a half notes a second. A brutal, highly repetitive pop song ensued. Marnie shrieked and trembled. She was a cheerleader possessed. What I need now is a good feeling to let me know"- that's a promise. I'm hoping it's true/ I'm hoping for you, you, you"- that's a declaration. By the time the album reaches "The Devil Is in the Details", it's hard to imagine Stern as someone who quit her job to sweat over a portastudio in the middle of the night.
It boasts stronger songs than Stern's 2007 debut "In Advance Of The Broken Arm," without losing the fretboard fireworks that made its predecessor an underground smash. 80. As This Is It etc. is only just over 40 minutes, that’s a bit odd, but if anything it speaks to the potency of Stern’s music.

She plays fast and tight for sure, but she just as often zooms in on simple figures and reiterates them until strange colors start to spin out of cycle. It's a neat art-rock trick that plays out all over Stern's second album, which borrows its long title from Zen philosopher Alan Watts. The album-opening "Prime" starts off with Stern stringing words together ("frontie. ens. efender. olphins") over naked handclaps that morph into hectic, jerky riffs meted out with Tourette's-esque intensity
This is me" is not technically correct, but it is what most people say in reality in an exam, use "This is I". In conversation. Your example does NOT follow that pattern. In the sentence "This is I who have allergies", the fragment "I who have allergies" is an independent clause. It must be complete in itself, and internally correct. "Me who has allergies" is also a correct clause, but you're unlikely to hear anyone say that. Generally, people avoid the accusative case it they can get away with doing so). Rommie. Feb 12 2004 16:30:24. This is I This is she This is he. are all grammatically correct. This is me ' is universally accepted form because too many people use it. Like ' long time no see', grammatically it is not correct, though. That's supposed to be ' I haven't seen you for a long time '. Feb 12 2004 02:04:37.
