Carla Patricia Morrison Flores (Tecate, Baja California, 19 July 1986), known professionally as Carla Morrison, is a Mexican indie-pop singer and composer. She has won two Latin Grammys for her album, Déjenme llorar, which has also been certified Gold in Mexico. Carla Morrison was born in Tecate, Baja California, to Mexican parents, Porfiria Flores and Hilario Morrison

Carla Morrison is a Mexican singer who lives in Baja California Mexico, whose business is to create music with pedals with clips and loops, along with her keyboard and electroacustic guitar effects, based on their songs build with layers live music second to third and quarters voices of herself. In their sound you can feel the melancholy and the feeling of a very innovative proposal and avant-garde, as entertaining as it gives a lot chipazos melody and happiness.

Carla Morrison has built up a reputation as a recognisable Mexican pop singer, with two Latin Grammy Awards under her belt just for her album Dejenme Llorar which has achieved Gold Certification in Mexico. It was in 2009 that Morrison released her debut EP, Aprendiendo a Aprender. It was an independent project that found it’s way into the right hands in the media, catapulting her status exponentially. She fortunately found herself releasing the singles Esta Soledad and Lagrimas which both found their way onto the soundtrack of the television show, entitled Soy tu Fan.
