The Torquays were a popular instrumental surf band from Orange County from 1994 to 2008. The band was originally formed in 1964 by Jerry Gordon in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. In late 1964, while known as the Torquays, the band issued the self-financed single "There She Walks"; however, the release barely hinted at the music the group would record the following year.

The Other Side of Down is the third studio album by American singer-songwriter David Archuleta. It was the final album for Jive Records. The album was promoted in Southeast Asia by Asian Tour, which began in July 2011. The album release date was first set to September 14, 2010, but it was later pushed to October 5, 2010
