Jabara's album Paul Jabara & Friends, released in 1983, features guest vocals by a then 20-year-old Whitney Houston. It also includes the song "It's Raining Men". The Third Album (Paul Jabara album). The Third Album is the third studio album by American actor, singer and songwriter Paul Jabara. The album includes the single releases "Disco Wedding" and "Never Lose Your Sense of Humor". The Third Album, whose title and cover picture paraphrases the Barbra Streisand album of the same name, was released in 1979 on the Casablanca Records label, and again features guest vocalist Donna Summer.

Paul Jabara and Friends marked the first appearance of the Weather Girls on It’s Raining Men and a young Whitney Houston on Eternal Love. His later releases include De La Noche – A Poperetta and Paul Jabara’s Greatest Hits and Misses. As an actor, Jabara made his Broadway debut in the original cast of Hair. This highly recognized symbol spawned the use of different colored ribbons to quickly raise awareness to other causes and is widely used today. Paul Jabara passed away in Los Angeles, California at the age of 44 on September 29, 1992. He is buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
Paul Jabara or " Paul Frederick Jabara " (January 31, 1948 – September 29, 1992) was an American actor, singer, and songwriter of Lebanese ancestry, born in Brooklyn, New York City. He wrote Donna Summer's "Last Dance" from Thank God It's Friday (1978) and Barbra Streisand's song "The Main Event/Fight" from The Main Event (1979). In 1979 Jabara also composed the Streisand & Summer duet "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)". The Third Album was finally released on CD by Gold Legion (62 2) on June 3, 2010.
