Koma's third album, "El Catador de Vinagre" is a very well-rounded album, featuring most of the best songs this band has recorded and marking a departure in relation from their previous material. The overall style could be described as an exercise of modern 90's metal with some heavy traits of hard rock and a big sense of humour. The singing developed by Brigi is really strong, although almost clean, it is full of rage and pretty powerful, no cheesy choruses are to be heard in any Koma's song. Still, he can manage pretty well when the music calms down as in the ballad "De Cuerpo Presente". The guitars, mostly composed by Natxo, are heavy most of the time, with some traits of hard rock or even punk at times, however dark all the time. There are even solos in almost any of the songs with a brilliant use of harmonics and squeals but always with a great, whole-hearted feeling under it.
