World on Fire is the second studio album billed to the American band Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, consisting of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and his backup band, released on September 16, 2014; it also acts as Slash's third solo album. The album was written by Slash and Myles Kennedy while on the road, and produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette.

It was released on 7 October 2014 through frontman Justin Broadrick's own label, Avalanche Recordings, and was the band's first full-length album since 2001's Hymns. It was preceded by the digital singles "New Dark Ages" in August 2014 and "Imperator" in September 2014, and it was followed by several international tours.

World's on Fire is the first live album and second DVD by English electronic dance music band The Prodigy, released on 11 May 2011. In October 2011, it was awarded a gold certification from the Independent Music Companies Association (IMPALA), which indicated sales in excess of 75,000 copies throughout Europe. Slash fans are in for a treat for his third solo album. The album launches with the title track, which has already rocketed to the upper reaches of the rock charts. The high-energy rocker is a solid intro into the album, showcasing some of the guitar work fans expect, while allowing Kennedy to alternate between power and swagger. Slash and his band get off to a rocking start, with tracks like 'Shadow Life,' 'Automatic Overdrive,' 'Wicked Stone' and '30 Years to Life' keeping the energy up in the early part of the disc.

World of Fire! is a comic story which serves as the first part of a three-part comics series written by Chris Claremont, originally published in the UK's Star Wars Weekly 107–109. It was reprinted in 1981 in Star Wars 2: World of Fire, where it was named after the first part published in Star Wars Weekly 107. The other two original parts are "Star Terror!" and "Molten Doom!". The story was continued in The Word for World is Death! and The Guardian of Forever!.
