Feels So Good is the second studio album by girl group Atomic Kitten and the first full original album featuring Jenny Frost. The style of the album is both comparable and different from the first album as it has upbeat dance songs, but consists mainly of pop ballads and midtempos. As with debut album Right Now, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark members and Atomic Kitten founders, Andy McCluskey and Stuart Kershaw – who parted ways with the group during recording – made three songwriting contributions.

Feels So Good maintained Atomic Kitten's status as one of the . s most successful pop groups, with a pair of number one singles and another that reached number three plucked from it. Their first album recorded with Jenny Frost is nearly as solid as Right Now, with more playful chemistry evident between the three members. Frost replaced original member Kerry Katona, who departed after the debut became a success; oddly enough, once Frost settled in, Right Now was redone and re-released, with her vocals put in place of Katona's.

Atomic Kitten is the American debut album by Atomic Kitten. The girl group had previously been successful in Europe, Oceania and Asia and already released Right Now and Feels So Good, which both went to number one on the UK Albums Chart, however there had not been any release in the United States. It was therefore decided to make an album consisting of tracks from both previous albums.

The rest of the album is mush of a mushness, weighted in favour of system-built uptempo tunes such as the title track, written for them by an apparently listless Kylie Minogue. At least these are marginally better than the ballads, sour little semi-acoustic snippets such as Love Doesn't Have to Hurt that sound like Westlife on oestrogen. What this album is crying out for is a kick in the tush from an avenging Kelly Osbourne.

Feels So Good won’t get such an easy ride with the record-breaking Coldplay album selling like hot cakes at the moment, but there is plenty on it to make sure they retain the high ground over the Sugababes. Having said that, the new CD from Natasha, Jenny and Liz is a pleasure/pain experience and many moments of delightful pop are cancelled out by shallow, thoughtless tunes.
