michaelslegacy, I would say it's a different, older version – since "And a Time To Dance" came out in 84 – but it's only a guess... Didn't know about the existence of that 7" – great, I'd love to have it! Anselm is an uplifting song with a very special meaning to me!

The 45 version is only slightly different, they are both played at the same tempo. Ceasar screams "aye ay ay mamasita" during a break and the bass is more pronounced on the 45. The ending trails off with some drums, lp does not.
