Throneum and Incriminated both play their own style of Blackened Thrash. This split proved irresistible, both due to the highly enjoyable quality of Throneum’s full lengths – of which I’m most familiar with Old Death’s Lair, at present – and due to the hilarious album artwork, which depicts Jesus being laughed at by poorly drawn demons as he dies upon the cross. The Throneum side of the release is very enjoyable, although not as good as their material on their debut full length
